if the TAN number of the employer is not made available. the taxable salary income is lessthan the prescribed limit and he is having other income with is more than taxable limit.
then how to file a returns. the field corresponding to the employer TAN no is mandetory.
pls let me know the details
File the Return manually with the concerned Central Processing Centre.

You can find out the employers TAN Number from the Income tax website. Go ot google and type: "Know TAN". That link takes you to the Income tax efiling site. Enter the Category of deductor, Place & Name of the employer. This should display their TAN No. Please try it out
