Tds paid under a different tan in fy 2015_16. need your views to change the Tan.

When the payment is made matters in this case
if it is an older one now you cant change, indeed I have an option for you, as you said you have paid wrongly?
Now file a tds return for that TAN to a known PAN number or your PAN number once the amount is credited repay it back,
This way it will help you to get back your amount paid.
However, if it is paid recently within 7 days a separate mechanism is with banks which helps you to get back the amount
