TAN application for proprietorship company

See since the proprietorship firm has a PAN same as an individual so in TAN acknowledgement there will be the name of the proprietor only. so please don't worry, you have done nothing wrong.
Secondly, its only sufficient to send the acknowledgement to the department but you can also send form 49B as an additional document.

One more thing , referring to this question of mine about the TAN application , when I send the hard copy of the acknowledgement to the department  then should I affix the company proprietor's stamp and then get the proprietor's stamp ? Or only proprietor's stamp will suffice and company's proprietor stamp is not needed to be affixed ? 

It is already an acknowledgement, so you don't need to affix any stamp

I have received the TAN allotment letter by mail from NSDL . Like I had mentioned before I had applied under the Category " "Branch of Individual Business (Sole Proprietorship) " . Since there is a seperate  name of the proprietorship company so I had mentioned the name of the company in the field " Name/Location of Branch " while filling up the Form 49B online. In the online Acknowledgement that was generated the name of the company was not there but that query of mine has already been answered .  I had sent the signed hard copy of acknowledgement alongwith PAN and Adhaar of proprietor , and ALSO the copy of professional tax of the company where the name of the company is clearly mentioned alongwith the proprietor's name . This document was signed by the proprietor after affixing the company proprietor stamp . 

But even then in the TAN allotment letter the company name is not appearing anywhere . Please guide me what should I do now. The business is being operated in the name of the proprietorship company, so TDS will be deducted by the company during payments.
