In case of Service tax, you have to apply for new registration as the premises has changed.
In case of TAN, you don't need to change it, your jurisdiction will only change.

Hi thanks for your reply.
But as per previous related postings in CAclubIndia, what u have said is just reversed.
for TAN we need to go for new reg by submitting our existing one.
For service tax reg No.we just make the changes by amending your reg certificate.
Am I right.

Well, you can amend the registration in service tax Form ST 2.
But i don't think you need to go for a new TAN registration number since the person is not changing in this situation. If the constitution of the person (individual, company, AOP, firm etc).changes, then only one needs to apply for a fresh TAN.
Hope this helps.

In NSDL-TIN website there is provision that if your jurisdiction have been changed ,you need to apply for New TAN

Change of address within a jurisdiction does not change the TAN. However, it may involve a change in the Assessing Officer. Such changes must, therefore, be intimated to ITD so that the TAN database of ITD can be updated. In case of change of address from one jurisdiction to other (e.g. address changes from Bangalore to Mumbai) a new TAN needs to be applied for and previous TAN needs to be surrendered on allotment of fresh TAN.
Yup...You are correct...Got myself updated
