One of my clients staff had registered with TAN account in Tin-NSDL. But has failed to note down the user id and password. How should I proceed to access the account.

User Id for logging into TAN account is sent thru mail by TIN NSDL. Check ur mail. Select the option Forgot Password or Reset password as the case may be, enter User ID, TAN and Security Question & Answer, and u will get the password thru mail
