TN WCT tax to be calculated on full bill value or labour portion. Kindly guide me.

It depends on the section under which one files monthly returns. As per sec.5 of tnvat act, the tax liability is calculated on the deemed sale value of purchases. As per sec.6, there are further options with riders.
