Press Alt+F2, You'll get an option of Start and End Date, Give the date asto the respective year in concern and that should do it....

No, Am sorry I misunderstood your querry.....For splitting follow the below steps-

1. On the Home Screen of Tally, Right After Launch and Company Selection - PRESS ALT+F3 for Company Info.

2. Select the 4th Last option to Split Company Data.

3. Select - Select Company Data

4. Check the name of the company, and select the date from which ou wan't to split the data.....eventually you'll get two companies, one before and other after the entered date.

how 50000/- devide in tally year wise?what is the entry made?
