- Open Tally -> Company Info -> Select Company, if your company name is visible like (ABC & CO) then it has Ordinary Password and if your Company name is visible Like (********) this then it is TallyVault Password.
Which version of Password can be recovered ?
- All Versions (Tally 4.0, 4.5, 5.4, 6.3, 7.2, 8.1, 9.0, Tally.ERP).
What are the Charges ?
- Above mentioned, All Versions - Admin UserName & Password - Per Company Charges Rs. 300/-.
- Above mentioned, All Versions - TallyVault Password - Per Company Charges Rs. 1200/- (If there is user password also Rs. 500/- extra will be charged).
Should I have to send all my Tally Data Files ?
- No, Only 1 file, COMPANY.500.
- In version 9.0 and ERP, it will be COMPANY.900.
- We do not require your Tally Data Files.
What will be the Response Time ?
- One Minute (1 minute), after payment received by our bank.
