I know how to fetch data in tally through ODBC. Please tell me if you are using some other method. I specially want to know if data can be fetched without opening tally, because in ODBC method, you have to keep Tally Open.

yes this is posiable that is tally data convert in excel sheet
first u want which data for exemple that Trial Balance first u export this data for export short cut key Alt+ E then return in samble of Tally that means on Distop and left click of mouse and take porperty option and click on property and than take find traget and find our export file and this file cut and past in Distop and this file open with excel formate and this file formate.
