if pass above the entry is increased the encome and expenditure ? it's a trust sir received amount all are taken donation received.

dear suvita, if u have paid the donation through cheque to trust the entry should be-
in your tally-
donation Dr.40000
to bank. 400000
in trust tally-
bank Dr40000
to donation received 40000
and when cheque bounced the above entry should be reversed in their respective books.
