how i create entry for bank opening balance with interest in tally 9?

no enrty is required for openning balance as when u open a bank account jus type the initial balance....in tally9
for intrest income pass entry as
bank a/c....dr xx
to int on savings /current a/c
(open int on savings/ current a/c in tally9 under other incomes)

Please note that only Current Year's Bank interest is charged to Revenue....earlier year should be added to Bank Balance.

Sorry not "Charged" but "added to income of current year".
