Just Go where your T-9 file is saved, open the Migration Folder and browse the T4.5 file & then click on Migration

Dear Smart,
First you have to migrate your Tally 4.5 data to 5.4 or 6.3 format using Converter tool
Later you may use Tallymigration tool to migrate the data to Tally 9.
