Then it will be Amalgamation in nature of Purchase for which Mergeror will pay Purchase consideration to Mergeree.
Purchase Consideration does not include GST.

मेम,
मेरा सवाल उपरोक्त क्रिया के लिए क़ानूनी प्रावधान जानने का हें.
VAT में हम ऐसा करते आयें हे , जिसमे कर की जिम्मेदारी टेकओवर करने वाले की होती थी स्टॉक ट्रान्सफर करने वाला टैक्स की जिम्मेदारी से बाख जाता था .
इसी क्रिया के लिए GST में क्या प्रावधान हे ?

अभी propritorship व्यवसाय चालू है जो रजिस्टर्ड है
ITC नील है
दूसरी फर्म का रजिस्ट्रेशन 01 JAN 2019 से करवाना है.
और उसे स्टॉक ट्रान्सफर करना है
