Taken input credit whether valid or not

in fy 19-20 we had claimed input but supplier has filled his return after the end of month sep-20.
Now, this input is showing in Gstr 2A sheet but not in comparison sheet and nor Gstr GSTR 8A..
The point is that are we eligible to take advantage of this input?
please suggest circular no. or section
