Take ITC Two time on a single purchase

hello everyone

we have taken ITC 2 time on a single purchase.
And also have filled GSTR 3B. We take ITC by mistake, like once we feed invoice in purchase register and SECONDLY journal register. in Nov 2017.
Now what will be solution for this situation
Plz help
