Can we take composition if we are providing tailoring services... 998822 is related to manufacturing of wearing apparel... If this does not apply then which hsc code shall apply....

composition scheme is not available for services (except restaurants)

'998822' is for readymade garment manufacurers.

For retail tailors (not garment manufacturer) most suitable is '998723'  Repair services of garments and household textiles

You cannot opt for Composition scheme.

They are not altering a readymade garment... They sewing it from fabric to final product..
