if co. is paying rent to assessee and the co. is nt coming under the tax audit... so whether the co. can deduct t.d.s on rent on maximum of 120000 /-

Yup.. its liable to deduct TDS.. in case of company, tax audit kahan se aa gaya?? its not for companies bro

Tax audit exemption available to only individuals & HUF not other assessees.
