it depends on ur luck dude.. if that chapters wont come for coming exam means ok.. suppose it came means bit difficult..  WAT IS IMPORTANT & NOT IMPORTANT BOTH R IMPORTANT IN CA.  we cant neglect any chapter better u try for that chapter notes

For advance accoutancy...........u shud prepare vry carefully.......u shud hv cleared all the concepts thoroughly........pl. keep this words in mind...."agar aapko concept bhi clear ho jaye aur aapne ques ka wrong answer bh diya hai th bhi u 'ill get some marks" these are the words said by my close CA friend........so. pls. read the theory carefully....and solved the problems.

For Auditing ............u can approach to ANU SERIES book.......and case studies are really sensitive.....it contains 30-35 marks.....

For business & corp. laws read from ANU SERIES book........u 'ill get 60+marks.

I am applying for PE-II both groups, can anyone please tell me the full syllabus of all subjects. Is there any difference in the syllabus of PCC and PE-II. Please tell. Its very urgent. And if possible please give detailed information.

 If u clear it ... u need to articalship for 2.5 yes ... ur final comes in Nov 2012

and otherwise , ( i hope not ) u need to pay 8000 and convert to IPCC and after clearing ur Gr1 in IPCC u can start articalship ... clear gr2 and after 3.5 years i.e NOv 2014 u can write final.
