SWOT and TWOS

What is the difference between SWOT and TOWS analysis

 

1)TOWS emphasis on external environment whereas SWOT emphasis on Internal environment

2)TOWS analysis is very similar to the SWOT method. TOWS simply looks at the negative factors first in order to turn them into positive factors.

 

These are the only two differences I know......... If anyone know other difference then plz let me know
