register here as an existing student and there will be a prefill form that will ask about your 12th marksheet or transfer certificate

and then you'll get many forms there and will be able to apply for conversion.

also if you already had filed form for nov 18 exams and not giving just for this reason...then let me tell you if you get an exemption in cost/dt/idt in old course...then you'll be able to get the benefit of that exemption in new course may 19 attempt. this is just extra of your querry


so....go on that link...apply for conversion and fill form accordingly and fill partial details of passing...as your group 1 is already cleared in old scheme
