Switch over from old syllabus to new -execuitive programme

Hi,

I have cleared module 1 – Executive programme – old syllabus 2007 in Dec 2012

I have obtained the following marks :

General and commercial laws 053

Company accounts , cost & management accounting 057

Tax Laws 071

Total 181

I have appereared for module 2 –Executive programme –old syllabus 2007 in June 2013 and Dec 2014 and didn’t clear – I have lost in aggregate marks

My queries :

Am I eligible for any exemption under new syllabus?

Switch over procedure to new syllabus?

Kindly help me.. Thanks in advance..

*Note: In case the student has obtained 60 or more marks in paper 221 AND 225 under old syllabus and has obtained the exemption as per rules, then, he shall be exempted to appear in paper 323 (Economic and Commercial Laws) AND 327 (Industrial, Labour and General Laws) under New syllabus.

How will it get convert, do we have to do ourselves?

How many subject needs to be write as per new syllabus, as the old syllabus have been segregated into various subject as per new syllabus. Plz clarify.

I didnt get morethan 60 marks in GCL & ELL under old syllabus , so I am not eligible for exemption under new syllabus.. but what about Paper 2 : Cost and Management Accounting ; Paper 4. Tax Laws and Practice ; Paper 5. Company Accounts and Auditing Practices

Same Case for me as well. Likewise, when they the changed the syllabus in 2008, institute has declared, those who cleared Grp1 or Grp 2 under old syllabus need not to write respective grp under new syllabus. So Hoping for the best news which is yet to come. Thank you

My Case also same,

But, I Logined my Programme Profile, Institute Grant Exemption Only for Two Papers in New Syllabus. Subject Name ( 322 CAMA and 324 TLP). I Need information about exemption for GCL to New Syllabus. (My Mark in GCL 55). If any one know about more information, Please Share.

Yeah ! even I got exemption in that two subjects..

321.Company Law
322.CAMA -- EXEMPTION
323.Economic & Commercial Law
324.Tax Laws -- EXEMPTION
325.Company a/cs & Auditing Prac
326.Capital Mkts & Sec Law
327.Indus, Lab & General Laws

So we have to write 6 papers ??

One more clarification, does OMR based question applicable for Industrial,Labour & Gen Laws(Module-2)..?

Can any one help how to fill d exam formfillup? When I was trying to submit d form it was comming group1 & 2 or both, in this case do I hv to opt for both group, if yes then how can I avail d exemption(2paper switchover)

Even I have the same doubt... I couldnt apply for exemption also..

(Normally for getting exemption : Students --> Payment requests -->Exemption qualification basis request -- but here people who have completed CA / CWA can only apply for exemptions)
