Switch over from composition to normal scheme

Currently i am in composition scheme and now i want to go in normal scheme.what is the procedure?Can i switch over now?

A Composition Dealer may switch over as a Regular Dealer due to either of the following reasons:
Voluntarily opts to become a regular dealer &
By enforcement of law: The aggregate turnover exceeds the prescribed threshold limit of Rupees 75 Lakhs, or as per the prescribed conditions, he may not be eligible to opt for composition levy under GST.

In my view...

The Composition dealer can opt out from Composition Scheme to Regular Scheme. No more Conditions.

They ll be file CMP-04 for opt out Composition...

But,

Now the situation, The options (Amendment & Opt out Composition) are not available in portal. In case its available Composition dealers can make to Regular. Also he ll be file their Quarter Return after the can make Changes...
