I took transfer on 4th dec. 08 & yet nt get registered under nw CA will this suspension period creates any prblm for me. and uptil which date i must gt registration

See Ravindra the period must be completed is 2 years as on the date of exam, it is irrespective of discontiuance. But the only problem is you should get sign from the principal as an evidence for the articles completion in exam application. Hence i suggest you to join with new principal as early as possible. But this discontinuance will not give any problem for your exam, if u already completed the 2 yrs period of articles. However u should get sign from present/previous principal.

thanks dear actually I had completed my 2 yrs before & got the certifiacte signed by the same. subsequently took transfer in form 109 signed on 04.12.08. but yet not find articleship in another concern.
