Survey U/s 133A, under which head to declare extra income offered

Hi,

A Survey operation was conducted and client offered an extra income to the tune of 30 lacs. Client is a doctor . Now where i have to show that income ,i.e., under which head. 

Can i show it under Income from Other sources, as it is not regular professional income. If so, what descripttion to be given in IFOS
