X (p) Ltd. is carring on some business and it has obtained TAN from the department. Now it is of the view that there will be no provisions to the company that attact TDS. It wants to surrender its TAN.
Can X (p) Ltd. can do so?

No, there is no provision for surrending the TAN.

You can surrender your TAN with a written application to AO. Format attached herewith.
