Surrender of pan card of partnership firm
one of the partnership firm is dissolved and now want surrender the PAN card of firm.
so what is the procedure
and income tax return for last 2 AY is not filled.
please guide on how can i surrender PAN no in this case

Hello,
First of all file Income tax return of last 2 years. Then prepare Dissolution Deed of Partnership Firm. Submit it with covering letter stating that Firm is dissolve on said date. You can try this.
