Our company has been merged and so we want to cancel or surrender the pan of the company.Please guide me the procedure.

You can do it :
Manually or Online
Manually :
1) Form 49 B from Tin NSDL website ^& submit the saqme to TIN - FC
2) Send a letter to the acessing officer under whose jurisdiction your company falls with all details of the PAN card & request letter.
