after online submission, you have to submit the same and your original RC to departmental R/O
they will initiate to reverse / debit the duty of stock in hand on the closing date, and then only the proceeding will go forward
as once you have submited online application for surrender, take print out of that,
as there is some period covered of january 2016 with registration, so for your safety you can file jan 2016 return, but at remarks column put a note that RC surrendered online vide ........... ref no , ............ date

But, I could not taken any print of Surrender of RC and now when i am trying to take print acknowldegement, there are shown that "no record found". And when i want to see my RC in "View RC" then it is showing that "As the PV Process is in between ,you can't view RC."
What can I do? Please tell.

take a screen shot print,
as you have old print of your RC, you can submit the same, to department, with screen shot
alongwith submit case profile, if any pending
