Is it necessary to surrender DIN of Director who is no more?
If yes, than please let me know the procedure of Surrender of DIN.

Dear Jain,
It is not mandatory but good practice to surrender the DIN on expiry of person,
Follow procedure stipulated under Rule 11 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 for cancellation or surrender or Deactivation of DIN. Requires to file form DIR-5.
