Dear Ajay ans Shikha,
Surcharge & Rates of Taxes are not specified in any section..THERE IS FIRST SHEDULE TO EVERY FINANCE ACT WHICH CONTAINS RATE OF TAXES (i: SLABS and SURCHARGE)
