What is the tax implications of such transactions?
I have read about to and from sez but i never came across from SEZ to another SEZ...
whether we will charge IGST?
whether we will charge no tax as SEZ is a deemed foreign country and transactions happening in foreign country cannot be taxed.

Transaction involving supply to s*x is treated as interestate supply accordingly igst is charged
if you have taken LUT and supplying goods for authorised operation as permitted by the development commissioner . you can supply goods or services without charging gst or charge gst and claim cash refund.
