supply to other state dealer

I have made supplies to a Dealer registered in Andhra Pradesh...Supplies were made to him state of Maharashtra..I am also regd in Maharashtra...Whether CGST + SGST is to charged or IGST is to be charged..

You can charge IGST for the Supply as per "Bill to - Ship to" mode of You are get intent from the Buyer...

but Sir if I have charged SGST and CGST in these bills and have filed GSTR 1 also for Oct 2018...showing place of supply Maharashtra...

If You Have Shown by charging CGST/SGST:
1. The dealer will not get the ITC
2. Wrong Tax has been charged if POS is Andra

Hence in your Nov18 GSTR1 ammend the bill

sir I have made supplies to the dealer in NAGPUR Maharastra...The dealer to whom supplied is registered in Andhra Pradesh...In GSTR 1 of oct i have put this details showing place of supply in Maharashtra..SGST and CGST was calculated in the Template...I have filed GSTR 1 but yet to file GSTR 3B...how I should shiw this txn in 3B..And if you suggest changes in GSTR 1 of Nov ..then shere are these to be shown...

THE shipment address can be MAHARASTRA & BILL TO WILL BE ANDHARA , & IN BILL IGST TAX WILL BE SHOWN

Show correct fiqure in 3b (as igst ) & file according to your books , not as per gstr1 filed. as already replied by me that you can ammend that bill in your next gstr1
