one person supply tea and snacks for our workers but we treated him as goods supply but no Gst and no Tds deducted but his turnover 300000 lakh per month
whether he is opted for Gst supplier or composition or services or goods supply pls say solution

He can apply for GST registration under composition scheme.
In either case, you are not allowed to claim its ITC, so composition is better option.
