SUPPLY OF SERVICES

A taxpayer is registered under GST as trading of goods. He is trader of MS/GI wire. If He provide service of making mesh from wire then how will he raised the bill to purchaser. whether he have to ammend his gst registration for supply of service. can he raised bill as job work.
