Supply material other than the registered place of dealer

Dear Sir,

Myself registered dealer in Delhi, my client also registered dealer in Delhi, Now my client want to deliver his material in Haryana, where my client is not registered with GST in Haryana. Can I delivered his material in Haryana, what I chagre against bill - CGST, SGST or IGST. I am also not registered with Haryana State.

Please clarify my queries.
