Could anyone clarify is there any concessional rate of tax in GST for supply from DTA to EOU?

Normal GST rate no any concession in GST , EOU will take refund of all GST

No concession rate
tax should be paid on such supply and later refund claimed
EOU can claim refund by producing documents
