if I get some work done by a job worker who is not registred under gst due to to his turnover being less than 20 lakhs
Will I have to pay gst under reverse charge ?

In current situation no need...
It's mean.,
from 13th October 2017 to 30th June 2018 RCM not applicable for URD (sec 9(4) of CGST act related) related inwards... So, No need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis...
But,
From the date of 1st July 2017 to 12th October 2017 RCM applicable for above said query related inwards...
No more notification about what are exact condition from 1st July 2018...😇😇😇

Yes it being deferred by Notification 10/2018 till 30/6/18 ,.. so no need to do RCM till 30/06/18

No need to do Reverse charge as it is suspended till 30-6-18
