SUPPLIER REGISTERED CANCELLATION

1. You cannot, because URD cannot supply goods Interstate.

2. As per Circular 95/14/2019, Cannot grant registration on same PAN whose GSTN being cancelled due Non filing of Return .
so can only get Registration on New Pan

& As per RoD 5/2019 CT issued on 23/4/2019 2 , whose Registration being cancelled before 31/3/2019 & could not able to file Revocation , can apply for the same before 22/7/2019

So in my view you cannot file Revocation as of today .

what can I do now not possibility to Return the Goods

pankaj sir i don't know how it's working but one of my client got the second registration on the same pan and the reason for cancellation of the first one was the non filing of return..........
Do they give any bribe or what??...

Also in another case one of my client asked me that whether he can cancel his registration without filing is return so that he can save 25000 rupees of late fees, i straight away told him that no you can't.... but an M.P online worker sitting next to me told him that yes you can....5000 rupees lagengey or ho jaayga........
i don't know...... things are still functioning like this..... Felt bad when i came to know that an officer who being appointed under a section of an Act is trying to override the provisions of the Act..........

The circular.i have mentioned issued only stop such malpractice.
So it was done earlier but as of today you cannot grant registration on. same PAN which is being cancel due to Non filing of return
