Supplier Non failing of GST Returns

Dear experts

we paid to supplier total invoice with GST on July 20

But still now supplier not filed the GSTR 1 and supplier GST number also GST Govt blocked..


kindly suggest how we can avail ITC .. without Supplier GST Return ..and how i take action on supplier

pl suggest.
