If Supplier and recipient are located out side India and billing to Indian agent, whether GST applicable.

in GST no consignor and consignee I think

but payment will be overseas remittance then how to justify to bank for proof of export or shipping bill and airway bill

by showing the invoice to bank and I think in this case there is no export I think

i accept that there is no export but another side there is foreign remittance.

no, actually I never had this type business but I receive many leads that I reject. if it is full proof then I can do more business
