Dear sir,
 
I have query about supplementary Invoice  I want to issue supp invoice for supply of material in the 
month of jan-12. Can I issue Invoice as per present rate of duty ie 12%. or it  can be previous rate of duty ie 10%.  Please guide us in this regards.

Supplementary Invoice will be issued as a mirror image of the original copy of the invoice. The rates will be the same which you would have used in the original invoice.
