Supplementary articles

friends I have completed my articles under two different employers. under the first employer I have taken excess leaves of 30 days. under the second employer I have didn't taken any excess leaves , and covered those 30 days of leaves Buy taking less leaves than actually allowed leaves(I.e. 6 months) . so should I have to furnish form 107 also for supplementary articles?, or it is not required becoz I already coverd those 30 days. plz help me
