I am a CA Final Student, i have a samll query regarding Excess Leave taken.
Do i have to serve with my current principal for the additional period or can i serve under any body else.
Also what all are the documents i need to get from my current principal.
Do i have to ask him for Form 109 at the end of my Article period.
Pls help.
So its possible to take supplementary training from a person other than the current principal
if u want 2 continue wth same pricipal,sign form108 n 107,but no break between date of termination n commencemen.if break,then,108 n 102 n 103,if change firm ,then 108 from last firm n 102 n 103 frm fiem where u interested
