Summon received from excise & gst office regarding difference in Itc

there is difference in Itc claimed in Gstr-3b & auto populated in 2A that means excess itc (igst) claimed in 3B and less itc (cgst & sgst) claimed in 3B . so what to do now that the officer can be convinced?
