Suggestion for a good book to get equipped with co. act,2013

Hi Friends,

I am a CA final student and have cleared group 1 of it.Since I have cleared the exam in may 2014, I am not so versatile with the provisions of new companies act, 2013.

I would like to know a book comprehensive book which does analysis of new act, from the point of view of profession..as I want to update myself with this new law.
