Which is d best book for DT for Self - Study , Conceptual Clarity as well as from Exam point of View....

Earlier I was referring to vinod gupta but i didnt find dis book useful 4 clearing exams... as dese 8 modules r too bulky 2 revise during exam time... I have heard paduka is also good but its in Q & A format... should i begin wid paduka... or may i need to refer 1 detaled book like manoharan or singhania ... which 1 is better????????? or shud i stick 2 vinod gupta only????????? i also want 2 know d distinction between various authors so dat i can make a better choice as per my requirement

plz help me in dis regard... DT is my biggest fear... I jus want 2 have indepth knowledge of dis subject so dat my thrill regarding dis subject will go out...

I would suggest you Vinod Gupta as per my senior's advises also refer BARE ACT if you have time...because Bare Act helps you out in many ways to score in exams

Dear Megha,

if you want to get in depth into tax:- vinod gupta is the best.

but from exams point of view:-go along with manoharan along with padhuka, because with manoharan, you get have total touch with the topic for exams(which is lenghty in vinod gupta) and padhuka will help you in quick revision and last moment preparation as it is in q& a form, which will help you in quick revision.......

first clear exams than you can go through the depth study...
