Pls give me suggestion in the following case:
one of our company wants not to carry on any business in future.
So my ques is whether we have to go for voluntary winding up of the company or under sec 560 for striking off the company.???
Also tel me the what are the procedure and time involved for both the schemes??
pls rply on urgent basis.....
Upto my knowledge if your company is doig business yet you must have asset and liabilities so you will have to go for Volunary Winding Up.
Disolution is being done once winding up process comes to an end.

In both you have to disposed of your liab. & Assets. So, firtly disposed of it and stop doing business
In my suggestion go for Dissolution u/s 560 because it will save your cost and time
In winding up min 2 years and cost will bw min 3-4 lakhs.
