I have just given my ca final 1st group examinations. M planning to give 2nd group in nov 2011. Can anyone please suggest me an appropriate refernce book for direct tax. which book should be referred? Friends i need ur help.

I have just given CA Final and i found it very difficult to revise the VG notes.My exam was not good.Please let me should i continue with VG notes or I should go for any other alternative.

Try the book of V.K.Singhania. It is a very good book. The book contains some very high level problems. If you can practice from this book , you will have no problems in the exams.

ya , i m agree wid rohan. Vinod Gupta is best book for CA Final. it is best for self study becz it covers all topic in understandy manner. but it is true it takes more time 2 read and revise. but still i go 4 vj sir. it match the requirement for prep of ca final level.
