DT - TN.Manoharan's 

IDT - Mohammad Rafi's 

As far as study strategy, given you have around 80 days from now to your 2nd grp, you can go through these materials in full for once.. that is conceptual read. indepth read. plan like you finish them in one month.. the next 20 days plan for working out problems and solve past questions and the last one month keep for attending model tests and revision.
