For LAW refer to only AMIT KARIA's book.

Just glance through AMIT KARIA's CORPORATE & ALLIED LAWS by Bharat Publications - CA FINAL
Very precise n nice presentation of sections.
DIRECTORS :
The huge directors chapters has been divided into three distinct chapters, which is not in any other book. One chapter is Basics, second managerial remuneration n third powers of board. It becomes very easy to understand and remember the concepts rather than one full chapter containing mix of all provisions together.

FEMA:

Even in FEMA, the meaning of some important concepts like TDR, Call back & others has been specially givn. A list of important section numbers is also given. Examples are also very nice.

SECRETARIAL PRACTICE:

The writing of minutes and notices has been explained step by step, helping the reader to easily grasp the same.

OTHERS:

Tricks for remembering section numbers.
A list of important case laws n section numbers

Tips for answering practical problems

FR - Book: MP Vijay Kumar (Better Option arrange class notes/Xerox of Praveen sharma Sir)

AS - M P Vijay Kumar

SFM - J B Gupta DVD Lactures Plus his text book

Audit - Surbhi bansal (For Important topics refer Padhuka..)

C Laws - Munish Bhandari handbook (refer Padhuka for detailed STUDY)

please advice me regarding DT for CA Final. i m doing ths without tutions.Please suggest the best reference book & material. i ve not been able to clear ths paper for last 2 attempts.
